learned in art class how E.
Thor Carlson creates his paintings first
as black and white pencil sketches, and he instructed me to perform
the same
exercise
with my fractals. It was strange to see my computer's colorful doodles
suddenly stripped of color. I worked exclusively in grayscale for
about a week to produce the set of black and white fractals in
this sequence. |
